Micro Markets and Vending Machines

The Federal IRS Gateway building located at 333 Scott Blvd in Covington, KY now offers Micro Market Kiosks on the first and fourth floors for your vending options. These food delivery systems are brought to you by Parlevel systems.

What is a Micro Market? By definition, a micro market is a custom designed vending market or mart with a self-checkout kiosk. It is a 'convenience store at the office'. It is one that can provide freshly prepared lunches, healthy snacks and drinks that employees can purchase. What makes micro markets so unique is not only the convenience of an accessible and healthy lunch option, but the fact that they utilize a self-service model where employees pay for their purchases with cash, credit, or even via their cell phone without an attendant or cashier on-site. For a short video on how to use the Parlevel Micro Market installed at Gateway on both the first and fourth floors, please see Micro Market Instructions.

Please note that our Micro markets are monitored by security cameras strategically located within both markets on the first and fourth floors within the Gateway building.

There are more than 1,450 micro-markets in the Southeast alone. You may find Micro Markets in such settings that include office buildings of all sizes, universities, hospitals, as well as industries ranging from banking and insurance to manufacturing and distribution. Regarding traditional vending, there are vending machines on floors two, three, and five stocked with a wide variety of your favorite snacks, chips, pastries, drinks, and more. Our machines are state-of-the-art with braill displays for the visually impaired and all accept credit cards, including Apple and Google Pay.
